Fluorescence Microscopy

Fluorescence Microscopy using a sensicam qe.

The green dots are terminals from glutamate neurons. The red cells are th neurons that regulate LH and FSH secretion from the pituitary and trigger ovulation. Images were captured using a sensicam qe high performance CCD camera system.
